Looking for specific type of dash mount

is there dashboard mount 4s has it's own speakers phone's audio , charges phone while it's mounted or wishing much?

have magellan dashboard mount phone when i'm using gps (navigon). has bluetooth connection phone audio, phone calls - or i'm listening audiobook or whatever comes through it's enhanced speaker in addition gps turn turn. audio fine turn turn (actually good) , ok phone calls although doesn't come close bose bluetooth. can hear audio (music or books or podcasts or whatever) phone - sound coming tiny speaker it's expect - tinny. can hear both. , work - magellan needs plugged car charger - , phone gets charged @ same time.
