Should I Trade Mac Mini 2011 for 20" iMac Early 2009?

hello guys,

i've been thinking buying imac, , noticed interested in trading 2009 imac mac mini 2011.. guys think it's fair trade me? mac mini lot faster, have ssd installed.. i'm bit tempted trade..

my 2011 mac mini specs
mac mini 2011
intel core i5 2.3ghz
5gb memory (upgraded)
60gb solid state drive sata 6gb/s (upgraded)
intel hd graphics 3000
os x lion
warranty till december 2013

imac 2009
2.66 intel core 2 duo
4gb memory
nvidia geoforce 9400 256mb
320 gb hard drive
snow leopard
no warranty

i5 better core 2 duo. have more memory , intel hd 3000 way quicker 9400. since imac has normal hdd feel slower mini ssd.
however, do mini? because in imac getting screen camera speakers etc. need think whats more convenient , if power of imac enough you.

looking @ specs of 2 machines no. if do, sell imac , make profit.
