iTunes Crash with WiFi Sync? (Help!)

for reason, every time try sync iphone 4 running 5.0.1 on wifi, itunes freezes @ step of syncing (usually syncing music or genius data), , crashes. crash report enclosed, , annoying situation, maybe can dissect crash log , give me hand? thanks.
