Mainstage issues

hi everyone,


downloaded mainstage 2 off of mac app store , seem have bit of problem. when try load patch or preset, message (or similar one, depending on instrument) appears:



paid app feel sold partial product. know way fix it, except re-downloading it?

is there "download additional content" item in mainstage menu? samples , instruments in logic, suspect it's similar in mainstage.
