Mac OS X 10.8 - reopen windows when logging back in finally solved

finally!

made nasty option "reopen windows when logging in" officially adjustable in 10.8! when disable option in general settings , checkbox no longer checked default when reboot mac or log off!

there many complaints that, , it's hard believe couldn't fix in lion - obvious design flaw.
