Simple Directory Time Machine Restore for All Dates

i discovered ipad , iphone added stable of gadgets both configured permanently delete email messages older 2 weeks email trash folder.

have time machine backups going october, not excited restoring each daily backup , not sure kind of duplication issues going experience. aware of method, script, or other tool perform unique restore on specific mail directory going far time machine allow.

please accept me ehoarder , spare me opinions of , doesn't belong in trash bin. in advance.
