Aftermarket SmartCover clones -fixed

if have smart cover clone (ebay, china, etc) isnt "magical" (doesnt turn screen on , off) solution easy - , ugly. holding smart cover inside (the side touches ipad glass) facing you, , metal bar on top, culprit round magnet 3 inches in left, , maybe 3/8th bottom.. using razor blade cut out little square around area, took out little magnet , flipped over, , glued down little cloth flap crazy glue. polarity issue , mine works fine. or buy real one.

 

we know issue because polarity of magnet needs correct.
