i expect you'd need licensed app can play blu ray stuff. encryption needs licenses not software can play it. apple doesn't provide such. why should it?
read vlc 2.0 bring bluray lib. no idea how because doubt can afford real deal. need install app can play blu rays , brings required licenses/cetificates , not decrypt disc.
not done codec in blu ray decryption biggest problem.
