Calendar App to Sync with iPad, Mac, and Android Device?

hi there, i'm new apple , it's interface , ios. wondering if there app (such calendar or planner) that'll sync mac, ipad, , android device.

extremely appreciated! in advance. also, if there (easier) way this, that'd viable knowledge.

anyway, again , sorry "stupid" question; again i'm quite new this.

android device have integration gmail , can access account via safari on mac
