hi iv purchased first mac,

in process of converting dvd collection mkv, mpeg , mp4 formats , putting them on media player. best dvd ripper can convert in mkv, mpeg , mp4 formats ? if there free one.

 

handbrake , makemkv.

how backup/copy/rip video dvds hdd , transcode them format in mac os x.
