good afternoon,
i’ve been considering migration 17” macbook pro 11” macbook air , thunderbolt display. versatility of setup has great appeal me , i’ve done fair amount of research on it. before pull trigger, hoping feedback make sure on list “should” play , i’m not making unforeseen blunders in selection.

hope doesn’t come off “loooook @ me! i’m buyin’ stuff!” thread. genuinely want make sure haven’t chosen that’s not going work, or might cause problems. i’ve heard people complain wireless keyboards/mice not waking mbas sleep mode when plugged tbd in clamshell mode. think i’ll run issue configuration?
i’m kind of excited. contemplating waiting refresh whenever comes around, found buyer mbp , though have windows desktop can use time being, don’t want wait around 4-6 months new models. , aside new graphics chipset potentially alleviating whatever small semblance of animation lag exists tbd, current model perfect needs.
other advice recommendations or forebodings?
