Iphone 3GS iOS5 jailbreak/unlock help!!!!!

hi,

bought iphone 3gs friend. jailbroke using redsn0w. worked fine. running bb 5.16.05 later found out wasn't compatible. factory restored phone factory settings start again. had redsn0w jailbreak , install ipad baseband. booted fine, , asked me setup passcode after finished, started booting again, on homescreen now, says "activation required". type passcode in, , screen says "connect itunes". connect phone macbook, , freezes itunes. itunes doesn't recognize it. also, phone randomly reboots on own, , never finds service. says "searching". i'm freaking out! can please me asap??? appreciate it. can't use phone now!

 

have tried restoring in itunes forced recovery mode?
