Logo copyright help

so, student union asked me design logo , i've finished it, sent them , ready print it. however, dunno how i've done it, logo i've made looks remarkably royalty free image you're able purchase. it's not exact, it's close enough. logo printed on flyers , posters around university here in uk.

i'm wondering if whether should tell them not print , redo whole thing?

record, didn't copy image. thing can think i've done i've seen royalty free image before , have recreated it, more or less, without realising.

 

i think we'd have see both logo , royalty free image resembles able provide guidance.
