Installing new HD and SATA

ok, want upgrade hd got 160gb original in late 2008 macbook.
want buy black scorpio, confuses me there 2 options:
1) 500gb sata ii - $100
2)750 sata 3 gb-$180

sata 3 , sata ii stuff, , should worried? why huge price difference. there 320gb 1 , has price of 500gb hd except sata3
