Recommended Car Charger For 4S

i bought usb car's charging port adapter, it's bad. charges iphone slowly, if it's connected pc.

need recommendation car charger, of charge phone if connected wall.

don't want strong, won't risk battery somehow... within limits of apple recommends (i don't have knowledge subject, i'm pretty sure apple stated voltages limits are, or that).

anyway.

 

anything made griffin or belkin , should fine.
