Can I delete the following?

im using omnidisksweeper see taking of hd space, , curious if delete things. have attached screen shots of stuff wanted know if delete. there stuff iphone/ipad ipsw's used jb them, mobilesync backup, etc.

application support/mobilesync/backups ios backups stored. wouldn't recommend deleting in there. can delete ipsw files waste of disk space unless planning on loading them onto devices. store of ios ipsws i've downloaded on external volume. way, if want downgrade 1 of ios devices, have ipsw , won't have download again.
