Does closing Apple credit card hurt me?

-i live in ontario, canada
-was running low on cash last month, desperately needed new macbook when old 1 died.
-total came 1400 usd. had 900 use laptop @ time, applied 'apple financial services' thing on website, , got approved
-purchased laptop.. got bill statement in mail.. says have 90 days, no interest, pay off
-went bank today.. paid entire thing off

1) can close account now? have no intention of using ever again, unless gets me special offers or lower prices using it. i'm worried opening , closing account in such short time span hurt credit score... anyone?

2) can use card 90 days, no interest, on purchase @ store, or exclusively use @ apple.ca only?

part of fico (don't know if use in canada) score average length of account (so may in case close it).

however, part ratio of used available credit. maybe having card open empty better closed.
