hi there, bought new imac 10.7.3 , have 1 problem it, don't have full control of it. basically, account managed parental controls doesn't live me , family. know resolved if reboot entire computer can't risk without disk guy has in possession. there way managed account able find way administrator's account? appreciated
boot single user mode , run "passwd [whatever short username admin is, i.e. 1 without spaces in]" choose new password , hit enter. might have confirm it. when that's done, type "halt" shutdown , boot normal , can log admin account new password
