Functions keys on MAC

i have vmware fusion on mbp 13"
play pc games on xp through vmware

games play ... find trainers online..
work option in trainers ... have press f1, f2, f3, f4 etc keys

in mac keys things .... brightness, dashboard, dim keyboard etc .............. , dont work game trainers ....

want able use these trainer...
how solve problem
