Truly PC Free iCloud backup

mom has switched ipad full time after upgrading new ipad , restoring backup didn't import pictures synced photos on old computer. makes sense of course, however, there way sync photos , somehow backup pictures synced? thinking of downloading new iphoto app , see if backup everything. know of way make possible?

 

nope, photostream backup pictures imported or in camera roll. iphoto ios isn't great either doesn't sync desktop client. if want pc free setup, you're best import photos ipad camera kit camera roll , that'll sync icloud , other devices.
