TBD Ethernet revs up MBA fans

hello everyone,

have 2011 11" i7 macbook air , thunderbolt display seems every time use together, heat cpu 170f , rev mba fan. hated how noisy , return thunderbolt display until found post: http://forums.macrumors.com/showpost.php?p=13754996&postcount=76

workaround solution worked , mba cool , quiet once again! still disappointed can't use tbd ethernet without mba rev-ing it's fans.

else have problem , better way fix this?

tried resetting smc yet? can power management/fan issues.
