iMac 27" Mid 2010 - firmware update?

my imac screen going crazy when gaming mw3. starts flickering , goes black. also, on mac side flicker. there firmware update mid 2010 imac 27" resolve graphics issues? running current version of lion , updates have been completed of few mins ago...all had itunes update , printer update.

i searched apple support , didn't find anything.

suggest give apple care call or go apple retail store , bring in. that, hope have apple care imac.
