iPhone iPhone 4s keeps booting in safe mode after resetting settings

hello, reset settings factory settings(just settings) , whenever boot it in safe mode. cydia apps not appear in settings. know how make boots regularly?

tried uninstalling winter board no avail, sb settings

 

most related incompatible app/tweak installed.

solution: un-install recent app(s) 1 one through cydia > manage > packages...remove (followed respring after each uninstall) find culprit.

in cases resolves type of issue. luck
