Can't sync VLC player on new ipad

hey all!
ofcourse im enjoying new ipad! im having issue tho, cant sync vlc player no longer available in apps store. when select on itunes sync.. completes in itunes on ipad says "fail sync vlc player"
had in ipad 2.. can put on?

 

i've synced copy of vlc new ipad ipad 1.
