this afternoon set $20 data plan test-drive verizon lte in area. worked great. then, because wanted 1 month, went in cancel account.
guess went 1 step far, , de-activated account , and sim card. wiped out plan , made sim card "invalid", in 2 taps.
called verizon , got passed around 3 different departments, got dropped, called back, , talked woman said couldn't $20 back, out of luck on data plan, , have buy new sim card @ verizon store. ???
it's not got warnings or this...i went in cancel , said "deactivate account". @ time, didn't know "deactivate" meant in context. has else had issue? advice?
i go verizon store , talk someone.
