i know case has been made many times here how need greater storage games, movies, books, music, apps, etc. , it's case. mentioned here, depends on situation.
case example. ordered 16gb wi-fi ipad , never intend travel outside home it. interest streaming/viewing internet , listening music. stored content (library/collection) music resides on mac mini.
bought new apple tv. that, can stream music (and movies) audio system , hdtv main computer (mac mini) has 320gb storage. nothing (except apps) needs reside on ipad.
in case, bigger 16gb have been waste of money. wonder if others have similar situations in being happy 16gb decision.
i'm happy 16gb decision. i've had apple products (ipads, ipods, , iphones, not macs, purchase macs highest hd space available) in lowest gb format offered (whether 8gb or 16gb). have never regretted decision, , have been pleased due fact don't come close filling base model. load base models thousands of songs, hundreds of photos, , hundreds of apps (but no movies), , have several gb of space left over.
