Can I replace the battery of my iPod Classic without voiding any warranty?

my trooper ipod classic has been me 3 years, maybe bit longer. battery not used since it's aged. thinking of going through battery replacement. know apple can replace me price. can guys recommend alternatives not void warranty or terms of use?

after 3 years, warranty apple has expired unless bought kind of third party warranty have read warranty terms see replacing battery falls under user replaceable.
