Is there a way to wirelessly transfer music to iPad without iTunes?

sorry if has been answered, couldn't find answer on search-


have new ipad, , have set without hooking computer. (i prefer not have this, , wirelessly if possible).

there way move mp3s computer wirelessly ipad ipad recognizes music play in apps (like djay) ??? ... , without using icloud.

in advance!!!

 

the new ipad supports wifi syncing. doing so. syncs itunes library fully.
