hi all,
having big problem mac. upon boot , login, finder crash , try relaunch repeatedly. icon in dock keeps bouncing window pops up,
"restore windows, application finder unexpectedly quit while trying restore windows. want try restore windows again?"
can't click yes or no because window flashes quickly.
desktop blank because of can still access applications on dock, terminal , spotlight. can't files through finder however. how can fix looping crash?
i've done google search solutions haven't found solution fix this. required deleted file in library through terminal or doesn't seem make go away.
last resort save backup , reformat lion don't want quite yet.

oh , 1 thing. last thing did before happened was on bootcamp side of things, moved file mac partition windows partition in bootcamp opened file, deleted in windows. not sure if why happening. used terminal move desktop files folder in documents, , worked short period of time until moved file desktop, crash , loop again.
actually, fixed after hours of throwing random solutions @ it. not quite sure fixed it, think culprit hidden .ds_store file on desktop. rm -rf , rebooted , seems working fine now.
