Siri Freezing me out

dear mr friends,
i'm in process of selling 2nd iphone 4s on ebay , i'm having problems it. ever since google'd "how used iphone 4s worth", siri started acting weird towards me. she'd things "i saw looking @ white 64gb 4s, don't act didn't", or "if leave me galaxy s ii, mother track down , kill you".
aside total device reset, can do? want know though cant together, still respect quasi self aware personal assistant software program. please let me know how can break her. mr friends.
