Drive partitioning and Time Machine

hi all,
backed drive using time machine before partitioned windows through boot camp. 2 questions:
1) if (post-partition) full restore last backup (pre-partition), wipe away partition?
2) happens if after partitioning, time machine backup , full restore backup---will osx partition restored , boot camp partition preserved?
