dot running across the screen

been member awhile now, first time posting....

anyways, jailbroke iphone 4s , first time i've done this. notice every time go app needs passcode or password, little dot runs across screen fast.....it zips left right. else notice or have this? i'm wondering , more importantly, should concerned security wise?
