Vodafone Uk Cellular Data issue

so many upgraded 3g ipad 1 new ipad. thought simple drop old sim card in , away go.

although device thinks have 3g signal not receiving data. ideas if sim card issue ipad related.

tried iphone sim card , had same issue both old of each other?

visit apple store or vodafone. sim card works fine in old ipad.
