Verizon data plans

ive been debating between 1gb $20 or 2gb $30 plans. correct in understanding of plans when 1 gb option purchase @ same price? on month month , overage $10. seems 2 gb makes sense.... or not?

 

yes, on 1gb plan if use data , have auto renewal set, purchase new plan same price. alternatively, once getting close, message verizon, , @ time can decide if want renew larger plan.
