Bookmarks Bar - Any way to sync with Bookmarks Menu??

i've discovered bookmarks bar in safari. not sure how missed until now.

anyway, i've got 4 bookmark folders within bookmarks , each contains handful of sites.

i've manually added folders bookmarks bar , works well.

i'd know how instance add new site 1 of folders in bookmarks, there way safari automatically add site corresponding bookmarks bar folder also?

example, i've got bookmarks folder called apple tech, , i've got copy of folder on bookmarks bar.

if add bookmark apple tech bookmarks folder, there way of automatically adding same bookmark apple tech bookmarks bar folder?
