SSH Terminal help needed urgently.

hello guys, doubt classified programming discussion or no, nearest to.

want ssh tunnel server through lan connection provided university. being able using putty on windows failed bypass proxy server out here using terminal. mainly, don't understand codes needed written in terminal. putty simple handle , had ice gui.
i'd appreciate if tell me command line use. read hundreds of pages , saw many videos couldn't word out of it.

ps : computers connect internet here after entering http , https proxies 172.30.1.1:8080, , want bypass these , set ssh tunnel apply socks 5 proxy.

you're looking use -r option
