4S users WITH ios5.1 - can you toggle 3G? Just facts please!

i've been holding off upgrading 4 because live in area no 3g signal @ , if forget toggle 3g off (in settings/ general/ network) when come home, lose signal completely. usable phone signal when toggle 3g off. i'm in uk on o2 btw.

there lots of threads issue haven't seen 1 asks info (as opposed endless & pointless debate "why want that?"/ "i can on 4" etc )

so, clarity, if have 4s , you've updated 5.1, please post quick reply country, network , yes or no question, "can toggle 3g on/off in settings/ general/ network?"

no toggle me...i have 4s, on 5.1 , att in us. says 4g when not on wifi.
