would watch specific games on apple tv if order individual game small fee? let's aren't big enough fan subscription package wanted watch particular nhl/mlb/nba game 99 cents or similar. see being source of revenue leagues.
cheap, la carte games make lots of sense consumers point of view...from providers point of view, not sure, think cut revenue, not increase it...
example, if you're fan of nfl team, , live out of market, , want see every game team plays, pretty have pony full price of nfl ticket...at what, $200? sure, nfl games, if care team, of games go waste, though you're still paying them...
if went la carte model, how many people think drop full package option, , pay few bucks watch handful of games interest them? guess, quite few...
hopefully, la carte pricing model...not of sports, channels , tv shows become norm... we're still long way away afraid...
