Help me fix my 2008 a1286 logic board (pics included)

so picked used late 2008 macbook pro off ebay, , owner reported wifi wasn't working. after inspecting logic board found following burned out area next airport connector.





hoping replace these components see if , running. know components missing, , might able replacements?? advice appreciated.
