iPhone 4S hardware issue.

i've had iphone 4s since release day.
i've never had real problems it.

although tonight lock button started acting weird.. has pressed hard lock/unlock, noticed have 1 dead pixel in lower right hand side of screen. didn't purchase applecare i've had phone 5 , half months.

question is, there way fix this? need send apple.
, if have send apple, send me replacement phone first or without phone 1-2 weeks? appreciated!

just stop apple store , swap out new one. no waiting without phone involved.
