Windows 7 on MBP only with DVD bootable

i changed internal dvd drive optibay ssd. after using dvd drive external 1 installed windows 7 on ssd not bootable directly when first select windows cd able boot win7 system.
when want boot directly blackscreen flashing underscore...

solution that?
