help connecting a Mac Pro video output to a TV

i have mac pro 2.66 ghz dual-core intel xeon trying connect crt television can watch video on tv , free monitor work on. tv has 3 rca inputs (video, audio-left & audio-right).

new territory me , i've found on internet hasn't proven helpful. if knew type of cable/connectors get, don't know how port video tv. bit lost.

you'll need convert video signal this right here, depending on output on video card plan use, , kind of tv signal want.
