iPad 3 shows "Not Charged" even when plugged into wall

when use wall plug charge ipad 3 (verizon lte), shows "not charged"

weird thing when use iphone 4s charger, shows charging indicator. iphone 4s charger indeed charge ipad 3, slowly.

((solved)) used usb charger came ipad 3, used cheap usb cable bought ebay (because had longer length). swapped out cheap usb cable cable came ipad 3 , working.
