Toyota Bluetooth

i purchased 2012 toyota sienna bluetooth, no navigation system. have phone 4. dealer connected the
phone , pod. after reviewing owners manual tried transfer
contact list. couldn't it. followed instructions , dashboard
says" searching" several minutes. phone connected via usb cable.
device backed on cloud. under settings/contacts pressed the
"import sims". no luck. ideas?

also, goal go totally hands free. how activate voice control?

if big red, don't think work. have tried on 2011 camry, no joy. have no nav.
voice activation work if have contacts in iphone, may relate above issue.
please advise if find fix.
