Resolved Help needed in solving this mess.

hello, need input on possible ways can solve huge issue in 1 of current apps.

basically, app (orr&s) on app store ships ~700mb of pdfs stored in mainbundle. i've had few people annoyed having redownload app update when update state or two's regulations. agree them, annoying, , therefore want put significant update app allow me never have submit app update again.

here's want do: 1.) move mainbundle "shipped" pdfs documents folder tie in point #2.) connect website's folder , view pdfs put in there updates. 3.) before displaying updates, check modified date of pdf files on server against "shipped" pdfs, display ones need updated each in table cell , alloc update button; if no new pdfs found, display uialert "no updates found" 4.) if there updates, , user clicks update button, begin download (with progress indicator) , overwrite "shipped" pdfs newer ones.

sorry long post, i'm sure of doable, need help/input on started.

create webservice sends out json call holds objects this
pdf int, timestamp updated, , others if u want to, size, name, etc.
it's time code like, make grid view pdf's, check timestamp of timestamp of last updated vs 1 have (download them on nsobjects u created yourself, guess can that).
if timestamp of last updated differs, allow them click download or something.
think should small way send you.
