USB stick doesn't show up?

i not sure if it's usb or glitch in ml, usb flash drive trying access doesn't show in mac under ml. doesn't show in desktop nor in finder window. show in disk utility, yet commands associated dimmed, eject 1 available. having same issue?

p.s. tried again on other machine lion , work. verified , repaired it, no problems. still, won't show on ml, says can't mount.

 

clone it, re-format it.

file bug report if still can't mount it.
