SDD Recommendation for 2008 MBP!

here thread regarding intel 520 series ssd.

520 doesn't work @ on late 2008 mbp.
starting new thread feedback brand/model ssd can try instead - 1 work without problems on 2008 mbp.
i've heard crucial m4 1 works - correct? i'm wondering if that's route need take?
