Ridiculous Customer Service at Apple


this week have had go apple on 3 times various problems, including time required pick macbook 6 visits out of time.

had problem macbook pro said may have been fixed after running few diagnostics , fixing few settings ( few months ago ). didn't help, @ beginning of week brought in looked @ again , said instead of leaving on night reformatting option , clear problem. after having waste more of time backup , reload documents thought worthy long problem wouldn't persist. didn't. had bring in, again, , on third visit isolated problem. okay, fine. 2 days later went , picked up, , brought home. little did know had messed , had given me motherboard problems, , instead had created new problem, , - made worst was.

end rant. after having gone apple store everyday week have mac yet again, , won't compensate me trouble have cost me , macs less year old too..
 

if remember correctly, there policy if bring laptop repairs more 3 or 5 times, apple should give refurbished unit (which as-perfect-as brand new laptop.)

give them call, , tell situation.
