trying update iphone 4s ios 5.1. plug mac mini , itunes opens. pop remind me ios 5.1 available. choose update. tries contacting update server. half hour later, still trying same thing. tries 3 time, 2 hours passed. nothing.
unplug mac mini, went go general, software update. click download , install. agree license agreement. starting download process. stuck on estimating time remaning . 2 minutes later, error message pops saying:" error occurred downloading ios 5.1." gives me 2 option: close , setting.
hit setting, brings me software update page. tried 5 times. nothing.
iphone's problem? there setting need changed? or apple's server isn't responding anymore.
god, roommate wants play japanese siri, can thing work before comes back.
i'm having same issue. have been trying day , won't update. have found out? aggravating!
