How to unlock and jailbreak iPhone 4, 3GS, & iPad 1?

i'm first time jailbreaker. have simple questions , need thorough answers. ive done own research on different tutorials , info on jailbreaking , unlocking still confused.

want unlock , jailbreak:
iphone 4 running ios 4.1 (8b117) firmware 02.10.04
iphone 4 running ios 5.0 (9a334) firmware 04.11.08
iphone 3gs running ios 5.0.1 firmware 05.16.05
ipad 1 3g running ios 5.0.1 (9a405) firmware 07.11.01

- how preserve baseband 3 phones? baseband firmware number?
- jailbreak tool/software should use jailbreak , unlock iphones? redsn0w, pwnagetool, snowbreeze, etc.
- what's ultrasnow? used unlock iphones , tools above jailbreak? if so, above tools have ultrasnow can jailbreak , unlock?
- of these jailbreak tools not have features , functions ios 5 have? eg. multi-tasking, notification center, multi-gestures

bonus question: can jailbreaking iphones give me siri iphones? if so, how?
